Donations

There are many ways to give to the library. In addition to cash, you may give securities, life insurance or personal property, give through an employer matching gift program, set up a charitable remainder trust, or include Pankhurst Memorial Library in your estate plans, to name a few. For more information about making a charitable contribution, contact the Library Board of Trustees at 857-3925.

How to Donate Books to the Library
We love books
of all shapes and sizes,
but with book donations
we don’t like surprises.

We’ll take your books
for our shelf or to sell,
if they’re in good condition
with no musty smell.

When you have books to bring,
just give us a call,
and we’ll let you know
if there’s room for them all.

Please don’t be upset
if we have to say no.
We don’t have much room
and some books have to go.

(We don’t accept paperbacks, textbooks, magazines or encyclopedias.)
